Free shipping is offered on all online retail orders over $25
When will my order ship once I’ve paid?
Orders placed before 12pm PST Monday - Friday are shipped out same day. Most weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday when our shipping operation resumes.
Note: Shipping schedule may change on Holidays. Due to the increased volume of orders and employee Holiday schedules, during the Black Friday/Cyber Monday sales event please allow 24-72hrs for shipping confirmation.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Priority Mail states that it takes about 1-3 business days to deliver the package depending on which state the parcel is going to.
Standard/ First Class mail can take anywhere between 2-7 business days to deliver.
International/ APO orders can take up to 10-14 business days for delivery and in some instances longer. Depending on delivery method (USPS) once the parcel leaves the US we're unable to track the package until it arrives at customs/ is delivered.
Why does the status of my tracking say “Pre-Shipment”?
Since we have relocated to Los Angeles, this issue has been occurring more often. Due to the high volume of packages that our USPS post offices are handling, most often with First Class packages, they will not scan the packages. This is not an issue that we have control over once your order is dropped off so the package may appear like it’s not moving at all when it’s indeed in transit. We’ve experienced issues where the package says “Pre-Shipment” until the moment it’s delivered. Although frustrating, we ask that you allow the estimated delivery times for First Class & Priority Mail before we send a replacement package domestically and internationally. If you would like to receive a photo of your package, please contact us so that we can assure you that we've shipped it within the promised window.
How do I track my order?
Once your package has been shipped you will receive an e-mailed notification with the tracking details. Please check your junk e-mail folder incase the tracking e-mail is accidentally in there.
Do you offer a military discount?
We sure do! Please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org a copy of your valid Military ID and we’ll issue you your own military discount code for your online purchases with Smax. Also, thank you for your service!
Refunds, Exchanges & Order Issues
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are on a case by case basis. Customarily, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. If you'd like a refund on your order or an item please contact email@example.com so that the situation can be reviewed and approved.
Can I return my item(s)?
All sales are final. For quality control reasons, we cannot accept any returns due to the nature of the products and to avoid any instances where items may be tampered with.
Can I replace a damaged item?
In the event you receive an item damaged upon arrival feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org at your earliest convenience and let us know! We want to take care of any issues as quickly as possible. Please also attach photos of the damaged package/item(s).
